We leave nothing to chance: Ryf AG's service and repair department is known for being on site quickly when needed. Ten highly trained service technicians are on the road every day throughout Switzerland with their well-equipped vehicles.

The spare parts warehouse with SAP management contains more than 20,000 items and helps to ensure very short response times in the event of a fault.

The practical maintenance agreement and our transparent, fair conditions are a benchmark in the industry.

Does your microscope pool consist of devices from different manufacturers (Nikon, Zeiss, Olympus, Leica, Isoma, M. Aubert, Motic, Mitutoyo, Insize or Optika)?

The instruments vary in age and condition. As with all precision instruments, regular maintenance of your microscopes ensures a longer service life and the maintenance of optical and mechanical quality. Ryf AG has a team of ten people dedicated solely to the repair and maintenance of microscopes and optical systems in companies, universities, laboratories and schools. We can carry out repairs or periodic maintenance on all types of microscopes, regardless of brand or age.

Ryf repairs and maintains your microscopes - no matter which manufacturer they are from or how old they are. Whether it's a state-of-the-art device or an older one, our technicians will do everything possible to get your equipment up and running again!

This is the most favourable service. Send us your appliances by post or simply drop them off at our offices in Grenchen/SO or Commugny/VD. This is the only sensible solution for major repairs and complete maintenance of appliances. If required, we can also collect your appliances from you.

Our technicians check your microscopes during an annual maintenance visit to your premises. In most cases, this work is carried out by the same technician every year. This means that they are very familiar with your devices - regardless of manufacturer, age and condition.

The microscopes are prepared and tested on site. The packaging is recycled, reused or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner at our headquarters. Our technicians set up the microscopes directly in the classrooms. They are then ready for immediate use.
